Dear Blog:
Twenty minutes of exercise is an excellent way to reduce stress. Somehow those worries seem less troublesome once the heart rate increases, the blood circulates and the endorphins flow. Today I walked a forest trail, sunk my tennis shoes in the mud and crossed wooden bridges. A slight breeze landed green leaves on the trail and the sun poked through and dried the high ground mud. The trail diverted in many directions, my path dead-ended and I navigated out. Exercise definitely improves my perspective.
