A Flint man was convicted Friday in the grisly 1995 slaying of a roommate who was bludgeoned with a guitar in a drug house on the city's west side. A jury in Genesee County Circuit Court deliberated nearly seven hours before finding Michael Danforth guilty of second-degree murder in a case that one attorney called "a parade of horribles."
