Mundy Township man who shot two dogs on his property in June, killing one and injuring another, pleaded guilty to two counts of killing/torturing animals. Both charges are 4-year felonies, but Daniel M. York, 21, asked a judge to consider sentencing him under the Holmes Youthful Trainee Act.
