A man who prosecutors say hunted down Curtis W. Urquhart Jr. "like an animal" and shot him repeatedly over a $10 bet pleaded guilty to a reduced murder charge midtrial. Henry L. Simpson, 20, pleaded guilty to second-degree murder Thursday in the Sept. 13 slaying of Urquhart. In exchange for his plea, prosecutors dismissed two weapons charges against him. Simpson will be sentenced July 10 to between 25-30 years in prison. Had he been convicted of
