A judge told a Mt. Morris man he was wrong to shoot to death a man who allegedly tried to extort cash from his family. Genesee Circuit Judge Archie L. Hayman also told Demetrius A. Moton he did not believe Moton was telling the whole story of what happened when Terrance T. Henry, 18, was killed Nov. 13. Hayman sent Moton, 26, to prison for up to 30 years after he pleaded guilty to second-degree murder. His minimum sentence is 7 years, 2 months. Moton was sentenced
