A relative of shooting victim Thadford Charles Jr. told Gregory Snyder he is forgiven for taking Charles' life in a Palm Sunday confrontation with racial overtones. "This family forgives you, but they won't forget," Isaiah Childs Jr., Charles' cousin, told a handcuffed Snyder, 45. "Just think about the life that you took."
